As I sit here and write more about me, who I am, and where I come from… I wanted to share a story of when I went back to my homeland of Peru. My Great Uncle gifted me this tapestry of Bob Marley, with a quote that read “Emancipate yourself from mental slavery, none but ourselves can free our mind” and I hung that tapestry above my bed at the age of 13 not really knowing what it meant but knew it was helping me and the pain I was experiencing at that time.

Now, having woken up every day for 10 years reading that first thing, it is a big reason why I do what I do. I am a guide helping the best teacher, you, guide yourself back home.

Through practices that have helped me alchemize my own power, and sharing those… creating spaces for others to experience the magic we all hold within.

I don’t just “teach" yoga, or teach you about these magical tools, I invite you back home to yourself, so you can tap into your own unique essence. I do this through dance, somatics, yoga, medicines > Cacao, intentional prompts, and leading with an open heart.
